HUB Cycling is a charitable nonprofit organization that has spent over 20 years removing barriers to cycling in Metro Vancouver, while cultivating the health, environmental, and economic benefits that active transportation can bring. HUB has educated thousands of people, motivated thousands more, and championed improvements that #UnGapTheMap to create a connected cycling network. HUB Cycling has more than 40,000 direct contacts and 11 volunteer committees across Metro Vancouver that encourage cycling for all ages and abilities (AAA). Program Details

HUB Cycling provides education, advocacy and events to get more people cycling more often. Programs include:
  • Bike to Work Week
  • Bike to School Week
  • Bike to School in-class and on-bike courses
  • Streetwise Cycling courses (including programs for adults, newcomers, families, etc)
  • Bike to Shop
  • Bike the Night
  • Bike Friendly Business workshops and assessments
  • Research
  • Advocacy to improve cycling infrastructure, policy and access to education
