All Hands and Hearts

When natural disasters strike, we arrive early and stay late to assist affected communities. After listening to local community members to identify greatest needs, we engage our volunteers, partners and the community to immediately assist. We bring in and train volunteers to rebuild disaster-resilient homes, schools and other infrastructure. We also create and implement renewal projects based on the needs of the communities we serve. These projects can range from Disaster Risk Reduction training in Mexico to sanitation and hygiene training and menstrual pad production in Nepal. The aim is to engage community members and build capacity, allowing them to rebuild stronger than before.
To scale our impact, we welcome support in many shapes and sizes. Custom partnerships may include financial support, in-kind products and services, hands-on and skills-based volunteering and co-marketing.

Mission Statement

All Hands and Hearts effectively and efficiently addresses the immediate and long-term needs of communities impacted by natural disasters. We communicate directly with local leaders and community members and then deploy our unique model of engaging volunteers to enable direct impact, helping to build safer, more resilient schools, homes and infrastructure.

We also stay ready to respond as needed to future, unknown natural disasters in the United States and abroad, so that we can continue assisting communities in need.
