Clare Gallagher

Clare is a professional ultra runner and Patagonia global sports activist. She's won the Leadville 100 and Western States 100-mile runs, but more importantly, she's an advocate for climate change mitigation policy and the protection of public lands. She studied the impacts of climate change on coral reefs at Princeton University and now focuses her climate advocacy efforts on the impacts to the mountain communities. She works with Protect Our Winters to advocate for renewable energy policies at the state and federal levels. She calls Boulder, Colorado home.
