We are physical literacy company who's mission is to empower our clients towards physical freedom and adventure. We see the barriers of physicality and the culture that surrounds it as one of the largest underlying issues of environmental disconnection. Quite often the less physical someone is the less likely they are to interact with true nature. They become indoor humans who care less and less about what happens to the outdoors. We are in the business of helping people rediscover their natural movement patterns so that they can restart or begin their love affair with nature. If you see nature as a space that you are uncomfortable being in why would you want to protect it?
